Rock Paper Scissors

Two players are engaging in a classic game of Rock, Paper, Scissors. Your task is to declare the winner for each round based on the standard rules: Rock beats Scissors, Scissors beat Paper, and Paper beats Rock. If both players choose the same option, the round results in a draw. You must announce the outcome within a limited time frame. Failure to do so or incorrectly identifying the winner will cost you one life. You start with five lives and can afford to make up to five mistakes before the game ends.
